Meet Sciton
A little over 25 years ago, Sciton was founded in Palo Alto, California with a mission to build medical lasers and light sources that will improve people’s lives. The two co-founders, Jim Hobart, Ph.D. and Dan Negus, Ph.D., both left Coherent Medical—the largest medical laser company in the world at that time in 1996 and the company Hobart actually founded back in the 1960s—to start Sciton. BARE HR
One of Sciton’s most recent releases is the BARE HR laser hair removal system. Bare HR, one of the best hair removal systems on the market today, uses laser technology to effectively remove unwanted body hair from all over your body without pain or bleeding and with virtually no downtime between sessions. By using ultra-short, high-speed pulses, the BARE HR is able to obliterate hair follicles without damaging any of the surrounding skin.
